Dubravko Penezić
We are excited to announce that Dubravko Penezić will be joining us as a speaker at the DORS/CLUC conference!
Dubravko is a software developer with extensive experience in authentication and authorization systems. Since 2001, he has been working at the University Computing Centre in Zagreb (Srce), where he currently leads the eduroam service in Croatia. He is also involved in several national and international open-source initiatives and is a member of the OpenCode.HR working group.
He is the author of several software solutions in the field of program support for users (eduroam installer, installer.eduroam.hr), testing methods of RADIUS infrastructure (monitor.eduroam.org), and monitoring eduroam network (status.eduroam.hr), also represent developers in GEANT Open Source Review Board.
Actively research software and hardware development practice, IoT, authentication, and authorization mechanisms and protocols and apply the latest technologies and solutions.
The workshop will include real-time interaction with attendees to present the current state of open-source projects and gather insights on how participants perceive the open-source project lifecycle. It will also highlight best practices and policies. Throughout the session, the OpenCode.HR idea and project will be presented, along with key elements that support open-source projects—from Git repositories to helper services that contribute to a sustainable development cycle.
