Willy Tadema is a data science and AI ethics lead at the Dutch ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. Her past roles include statistician, programmer, data architect and data engineer. She was an advocate for open data within government. Today, she advises government organizations on trustworthy AI. Her main focus is on putting ethics into practice.
