StreetComplete is popular, smooth, beautiful and easy-to-use on-the-ground mobile (currently for Android, but iOS is in the works) tool for adding missing information to OpenStreetMap, intended for beginners without any OSM knowledge to contribute useful data to the map.
SCEE (StreetComplete “Expert Edition”) is a friendly fork that extends that nice UI with much more functionality that was deemed too complex for target StreetComplete audience. While it adds to complexity, for more advanced users it provides significant customizability and extra functionality, to allow for faster are more versatile data gathering.
